Henderson Elementary School - Ms. Sebring's Third Grade Class
Hello there! We are Mrs. Sebring’s class at Henderson Elementary in Saint Charles , Missouri . There are 20 students in our class, 21 including Stanley . Our school is small, with just over 500 students, so Stanley worries a bit about visiting larger schools. We are very excited to be part of this experience. In addition to Stanley , we have each created a “flat” version of ourselves which we have sent across the world. We hope to learn a great deal about all of our travel destinations. We love to talk and share so we look forward to the videoconferences more than anything.

I'm really glad you are participating in the Flat Stanley videoconference project! Many St. Louis area schools are, and that's wonderful.

Henderson Flat Stanley sure had a fun time while in NC. He went to the mall, saw Santa, saw the movie Enchanted, toured Old Salem and tried Moravian Sugar cake and flat Moravian cookies. Flat watched them make hot doughnuts at Krispy Kreme. He liked making sugar plums after listening to Twas the Night Before Christmas. Nick's family surprised him with a trip to the Panther's football game. He enjoyed Christmas and welcoming in the New Year. We really enjoyed our video conference with your class. Your song was awesome, and we know you performed it well at the program. We like meeting, sharing, and talking with you. You are a terrific class with a super teacher and we are so glad our Flat got to come to your class. Thank you for taking such good care of him. Henderson Flat is welcomed to come back to NC any time. We hope you enjoy his journal and pictures we put in his book. We will miss him, but he will have a blast in PA with Mrs. Cornish and her class. (our Stanley was with them for Journey #1) Happy New Year! Your NC buddies in Rural Hall :)
