MRS. BRAY'S CLASS

We are Mrs. Bray’s second grade class at Pocono Elementary Center. Our school has close to 1000 students in grades Kindergarten thru Sixth. Our classroom is very cool, big, wide, fun, and is home to a stuffed dinosaur. Mrs. Bray is a great teacher. She reads to us. Our room has bean bag chairs and learning centers with fun things to do. We do Kidwriting, math, science, and read books. We go to recess after lunch. We are located in the Pocono Mountains in the northeastern part of Pennsylvania. Our region offers many fun activities such as skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, golfing, hiking, fishing, boating, water parks & family play parks Also there are many luxurious resorts, family attractions, bed and breakfasts, a outlet shopping mall, and a casino which is planned to open in late October. The Pocono is famous for its resorts, natural scenic beauty, 150 lakes including Lake Wallenpaupack, and the quaint, historical towns in the four county area.

Flat Stanley is nice. He is allergic to chocolate, cats, plants, candy, and peanuts. He likes to play tag, fly kites, play catch, and go fishing when he is outside. When inside Flat Stanley likes to play on the computer. His favorite foods are eggs, apples, pizza, noodles, and macaroni and cheese

MRS. FLOYD'S CLASS

We are Mrs. Floyd’s second grade class at Pocono Elementary Center. Our school has close to 1000 students in grades Kindergarten thru Sixth. Our class and teacher are both fun. It is a great place to make friends. We do art, math, and exercise in gym class. We also play bingo and other fun games. At recess we play kickball and ride on the swings. We are located in the Pocono Mountains in the northeastern part of Pennsylvania. Our region offers many fun activities such as skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, golfing, hiking, fishing, boating, water parks & family play parks Also there are many luxurious resorts, family attractions, bed and breakfasts, a outlet shopping mall, and a casino which is planned to open in late October. Flat Stanley’s favorite foods are french fries, salads, chocolate, pizza, ice cream, cake, and burgers. Breakfast is his favorite meal. He is allergic to milk, peanut butter, some plants, and bee stings. In the summer Flat Stanley likes to ride his jet ski, fish, skateboard, and play soccer. In the winter he snowboards. He also enjoys watching the deer and trees in his backyard and playing video games. His favorite animal is a cat. He likes computers baseball. His favorite team is the Phillies.

MRS. GOUCHER'S CLASS

We are Mrs. Goucher’s second grade class at Pocono Elementary Center. Our school has close to 1000 students in grades Kindergarten thru Sixth. Our teacher gives us gold cards as rewards for doing nice things. We have calendar, morning work, learn ABC order, math, and communities in social studies. We also do Kidwriting. We eat lunch in the cafeteria and go to recess after we are done and play kickball. On Fridays they serve pizza. Everyone in our school goes to the high school for swimming lessons. At the end of the day we play a game called Around the World. We are located in the Pocono Mountains in the northeastern part of Pennsylvania. Flat Stanley is a nice guy who likes to play tag when he is outside. He likes to do projects and is good at math. He also likes to draw pictures and go the computer lab. Orange is his favorite color. His favorite foods are chicken nuggets, pancakes, ice cream, macaroni and cheese. When he is not in school he likes to ride his skateboard and rollerblade.

MRS. JEFFER'S CLASS

We are Mrs. Jeffer’s second grade class at Pocono Elementary Center. Our school has close to 1000 students in grades Kindergarten thru Sixth. Our classroom is very clean and colorful. In our classroom we read a lot and do math. Mrs. Jeffer is very organized. We have learning centers, a puppet theater, and a library. We are located in the Pocono Mountains in the northeastern part of Pennsylvania. Our Flat Stanley is tall and thin with brown hair. He likes to eat apples, pizza, eggs, sushi, and french fries. In the winter Flat Stanley likes to snowboard

MRS. NISH'S CLASS

We are Mrs. Nish’s second grade class at Pocono Elementary Center. Our school has close to 1000 students in grades Kindergarten thru Sixth. Our classroom is very neat with nice decorations and posters. We have chairs, desks, books, and computers. It has a lot of room for learning centers. Our teacher and the kids are very nice. We are located in the Pocono Mountains in the northeastern part of Pennsylvania. Flat Stanley likes to eat spaghetti, pizza, and ice cream. He has peanut and chocolate allergies. At Recess he plays kickball, soccer, and football. His favorite subjects are music and art. He is also good at math. Flat Stanley likes to snowboard in the winter and ride his bike and fish in the summer. .
